Before starting the feeder, you need to load washers into the vibratory bowl. The loading method depends on your production line design and automation level: you can do it manually, or use a bin with a conveyor belt for hands-free feeding.
Once the controller activates the vibratory bowl feeder, the bowl generates vibrations that move the washers onto the track. As the washers travel along the track, devices like sensors and guiding plates on the conveyor system keep them on track and guide them to the specified location.
